Racor PRS-R Pro Racquet and Ball Storage Rack Racor PRS-R Pro Racquet and Ball Storage Rack

Arrival: fast Packaging: excessive, if anything. Installation: easy (I used my own toggle bolts because I am paranoid) Capacity: we have four rackets on it and two cans of balls Misc: I like the rubber "coating" on the top bars so that the rackets don't get dinged or slip.

The storage rack arrived when the company said it would. Nothing was missing from the carton and it installed easily. What more could you ask for?

Unique Hot Glove Tennis Mitt Unique Hot Glove Tennis Mitt

I did not like this mit at all. It frustrated the crap out of me during my tennis match. It is cut too small and is lined with a cotton fabric which sticks to your hand. If you need to blow your nose or do anything else when switching sides of the court, you cant take your hand out of the mit because it takes to long to get it situated back into it to start playing again. A complete waste of money.

Classic Cartoon Favorites, Vol. 5 - Extreme Sports Fun Classic Cartoon Favorites, Vol. 5 - Extreme Sports Fun

The DVD didn't work at all. I tried it in my DVD player and in my computer and it didn't work in either.

Lots of fun. Ths kids love it. Baseball, Hockey, Basketball, Football, Golf, and Gymnastics.

This is such a great DVD....and the words "classic" and "favorites" truly describe this DVD. It's so much fun to watch over and over again....fun for kids of ALL ages!!!

One of the best of Goofy. When I was young (1988 approx.), my sibling and I used to watch it at least one in a week and we were laughing every time. Few years ago, I found it in a video store (like Blockbuster) and I rent it and enjoyed like in the 80's. I strongly recommend it for yourself or for your children. You're gonna love it!!!

We bought this for our son because it contained the short "How to Play Football", which is one of my all-time favorites. As with most of the 'toons of that day, much of the verbal humor is subtle and goes right past the kids. My wife and I are laughing at the sarcasm, the kids are laughing at the visuals and we all have a good time.

Wimbledon - The 2008 Finals: Nadal vs. Federer / Widescreen Wimbledon - The 2008 Finals: Nadal vs. Federer / Widescreen

I see this match before on my HD net work TV, and I think the match was very excited. How ever I am very disappoint for the quality of the British DVD. I mean if you want to record and sale the best match like this at less create a professional recording system. The picture quality is very poor. I think it below 480p.My VCR picture is better. There are no chapter section options. The commentary is the British which is not good. I wish he is John McEnroe. If you want to sale the DVD like this, let American Net work record them!!

I kept hearing this was the greatest match ever played. Now I agree. So fun to see this classic match, though I was disappointed it wasn't U.S. sportscasters commentating and the camera angles shortened the court. They also don't do instant replays I'm accustomed to with matches I watch on ESPN or the Tennis Channel. Still, fabulous to see this match between 2 tennis greats.

Before I talk about the match, I'd like to talk about the transfer quality of the DVDs. First the DVDs are Region 1, and on the back of the case it says Region 1 NTSC, obviously intended for North American distribution. But when I insert it into my DVD player, it says "PAL disc not supported." Apparently the DVD jacket lied. The discs are PAL and not NTSC. What the hell are Region 1 DVDs releasing in PAL format for? I had to play this on my PC. The picture quality itself is quite poor and blurry. Artifacts are everywhere. You can see the rainbow effects that you'd normally see through cable or DVD via composite video connection (the poorest connection available). Whoever captured the film and transferred it to disc was using cheap hardware. At first glance it's hard to blame them since you are getting 6 hours of footage on 2 DVDs, the majority of which are condensed onto disc 1 (Disc 1 contains an Intro and sets 1-4 while disc 2 just includes set 5 and an interview with Nadal). The quality is of course going to degrade. However, the second disc is only single layer. They could have made the second dual layer and transferred set 4 onto disc 2, allowing a greater bitrate on both discs. It's such a shame that one of the greatest matches ever played is relegated to such poor picture quality that doesn't do an ounce of justice to the match. Onto the match itself. This is a contest of the two biggest titans in the game, and as John McEnroe claimed, it is one of the greatest matches ever played. This remains the longest Wimbledon final ever played, even longer than the Roddick-Federer epic of 2009 which ended at 16-14 in the 5th set. Whereas that match was decided with big serves and short points, the Nadal-Federer match was a pure contest of athleticism and shotmaking. Rarely were points short. We were treated to some thrilling rallies and unbelievable winners from both players. Some of these points you will remember forever. The match itself was filled with drama. Nadal having opportunities to win in a 3rd set tiebreaker was unsteady and unable to get the job done. In the 4th set tiebreaker he did better, this time owning two championship points, but buckling under pressure while the unflappable Federer displays the resolve to stay in the match and force a 5th set. The 5th set too is full of drama and suspense. The entire match can be summed this way. The 2008 final is nothing less than a thrill ride. Perhaps most memorable is that this match is the only loss inflicted upon Federer in seven straight Wimbledons. Nadal finally achieved his dream of winning Wimbledon (back to back with the French Open -- a feat not done since Borg), and did so in the twilight as the sun set on Federer's reign as the world #1. It will be one to remember always. Another gripe I had was the commentary. The commentary provided by the BBC was just not very interesting. The commentators failed to enthrall the viewer with insight. Most of the time they merely stated the obvious. They should have included John McEnroe's commentary instead. All in all, great match but lacklustre presentation.

The match was unbelievable and it is great to be able to watch it over and over again.

I don't like Nadal. I'm a Federer fan. So, this is my 1 star review. And, yeah, I expect you to think it's not helpful.

The Wimbledon Collection - The Classic Match - Borg vs. McEnroe 1980 Final The Wimbledon Collection - The Classic Match - Borg vs. McEnroe 1980 Final

Reviews

As the tennis essentials are probrably well known to all considering this dvd, I'll simply say this is a wonderfully produced dvd. The understated bbc commentary provides an interesting contrast to the hyperbolic american style. Also, with no commercials, the camera catches interesting personality studies of Borg and McEnroe on the change over breaks. McEnroe's endless relacing of his sneakers seems almost compulsive; Borg's impassivity strangely haunted. Great.

Received earlier than expected. Great to watch one of the most exciting Wimbledon championship matches. Also fun to see how much has changed over the years.

Somewhat underwhelming. There were a few good shots back then, but it's amazing how much faster, harder, and more exciting today's tennis is. You feel like you are really watching an antique. Low production values on the film as well. Boring old English announcers. Slow pace. But interesting for historical value if you are a student of the game.

Borg was my idol when I was beginning to play tennis, so I have enjoyed watching this match. The editing was good, but it seemed that the frame rate was a little off. Borg and Mac seemed a little "robotic" like the editor decided to speed up time by about 15%. Still enjoyable.

Considered by many the greatest final ever played at Wimbledon, this goes nuclear in the fourth set, culminating in a twenty minute tiebreaker featuring some of the most dramatic tennis imaginable. Borg was ending his peak years and Mac beginning his at this point; this match finds both at their best. McEnroe's serve and volley game was made for grass, but Borg's baseline supremacy is paired here with an unusual amount of volleying for the taciturn Swede, a must to counter Mac's amazingly consistent serve. Mac is rarely bratty here, and as usual CyBorg never blinks, win or lose. This is four hours of A-1 tennis over two dvds for a very decent price; the value is hard to beat, as the whole match is a master class in how to play tennis, and you'll want to watch the tiebreaker over and over, if just to psyche you up for your next match. Dvd tech is perfect or freezing a frame and watching a point in slow motion, to see how footwork and timing lead to great shots. Forget instructional videos; this one has it all. The BBC commentary is also rather humourous in spots, and thankfully far more understated than American network cheerleading. Not a sponsor or ad in sight, either, which makes this a wonderful rarity. Highly recommended.

Wilson Ball Hopper Pickup 75 Wilson Ball Hopper Pickup 75

Great product at at great price. It holds enough balls to feed my tennis ball machine.

Love this hopper. A must have and a real back-saver. Solid design yet light even when full.

This is a must have for those with a ball machine or anyone practicing. I like the dual position design and the ability to use the hopper in the standing position, however it is top heavy and can tip over easily.

I am very happy with this purchase! Just set the basket on top of the ball and it squeezes though the bars and ends up in the basket. Simple design but very effective.

First off, we bought two of these because of price, size, and look. They are cavernous and hold a lot of balls. For the occasional player that may use it a couple times a week, emptying and filling the hopper a couple times each use I am sure that this hopper would hold up. Unfortunately we use these every day, and fill and empty the hoppers at least 20 time a day since my wife teaches lessons. Here are the major drawbacks: 1) The nuts come loose very easily and will rattle off and get lost regularly. This requires constant attention so as to assure that the nuts remain in place and tight. I finally bought some thread lock to prevent this, but it was still frustrating to have to purchase something else to make these hoppers functional. 2) The welds that hold the leg holders to the basket are very weak and WILL break. Quite frustrating that after 2 months of use one of these is unusable. 3) There are 2 clips per leg to keep the hopper from tipping over, or the legs slipping on the ground. These are nice, but because the clips are too close together for the legs it is only practical and convenient to use only one of them for each leg. Trying to force the legs into place is very inconvenient. Overall I would not buy this product again. Nice, but for the amount of times we use it, it is not rugged enough.

Wilson Pro Overgrip 30Pk White) Wilson Pro Overgrip 30Pk White)

This overgrip is the best I have ever used. I used many kind of overgrip. Tourna, Babolat, Yonex...but, "Wilson overgrip" is best. Very comfortable tacky feel!

This is the best overgrip. I have tried several different types and brands, and I continually come back to this grip. Almost everyone I know prefers this overgip. It has a great feel, and is durable enough to last a week or two for playing at least 2-3 times a week. The grip gives great comfort for playing, and also gives more control and feel for the racquet.

I cannot change my original rating down to 4-star: I think it's important to know what racket you play with. I play with Wilson K-Six-One 90". The original grip (white) was pretty good and lasted more than a month (then it got dirty and worn out because of sweat). So I wanted to get next grip also white in color and I found this one on Amazon - with everyone giving it 5-star reviews. I think, people have over-rated this product. This is atmost a 4-star worthy product. I give this 4-star because of the pricing for bulk purchase and not the best grip quality. Another factor to consider, the rating and tenure: I'm a 4.0 player and I've been playing for 3+ years now. The good: - Good tennis racket grip for the bulk price (30 grips, not a bad deal at all) The bad: - It does not fit my racket handle completely (I've had to use white tape to close the 1" gap - at the top!). You could argue that maybe I'm not putting the new grip properly, but trust me - I've done many grips and other grips I've used don't give you this trouble :-) - This grip is barely lasting 1 week for my play of twice a week. Better grips will last you 2-3 weeks easily. - For the 1 week it lasts, this grip becomes unfriendly (due to sweat) after 3-4 hours of play. It does absorb sweat, but after 3-4 hours I have found it causes the racket to slip. A better grip will continue to stick in your hand :-) Recommendation: - If you are price conscious, go with this. - If you want the better quality, go with this: http://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Overgrip-Tennis-Racquet-Grip/dp/B0015FI0MY/ref=pd_ts_sg_1?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods ...... I will try this next as soon as I consume my remaining grips.

This is the best overgrip out there. It gives you better touch and control over your racquet.
